In 1924, teacher Sun Wen made a speech of the Great Asia principle in Kobe. He departed this life in Beijing the next year when he went back to his home country from Kobe while wanting continuing joint prosperity of Japan, China and Asia. As you know, the teacher thought theoretical conception; modernize of China as a global level, and he put all his energy to make it come true. Many Japanese who supported his dream still do exchange in every region of the country including Kobe. Teacher Sun Wen’s prosperity could succeed such as making huge high-way pipelines, rail road pipelines, San Xia(三峡)dam, big ports, and harbor in Chinese continent within only 100 years. Likewise, while having assistance act from advanced our country; Ethnic Chinese and Decent Chinese; are proud of realizing a long-cherished wish and we could achieve to modernize China in such a short period.
In our country, we spent the term through unimaginable amount of great tribulation after the Chinese Revolution, and we put huge efforts to make our dreams, “The society of Harmony or/and Thaw”, come true. In 1991, Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew stated differences of System which started in Singapore. We got across it and we made global network for economics, improved economical status of Decent Chinese. The wave which purposed international economic improvement went back to North America and Australia from Asia. And nowadays, it contributes to the flourishing of our culture for China and East Asia.
We are happy over the great honor to hold ‘The 9th world Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention’ in Kobe and Osaka, we feel a sense of self-renewal because of the important part with all the parties concerned. We; Ethnic Chinese and Decent Chinese who live in Japan get together to fulfill our honorable mission, we got great supports from the political world, officialdom, the economic world, a cultural community, and the scientific community. As a result, we could have strong hearts to set up ‘The 9th world Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention.’
Harmony/ thaw is the most important’ was stated by Prince Shotoku who sent Japanese official diplomatic delegations to China during the Sui dynasty. After 1400 years later, year 2007, we think this must be kinds of historical missions to work for promoting exchanges in the private sector which could mention a germination of East Asia economic consortium between us in Kobe and Osaka where are close to Asia. We think our historical mission to success. We wish we could have your supports and corporation continuously.

After “The world Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention” was started in Singapore in 1991, it has been holding in principal cities entire world where have had bond with Decent Chinese once in two years. Now, it already counted 8 times. In other words, this is one of the international conventions in the history. It could be thought only one convention that Top class Decent Chinese business people, thousands of people, in a world get together. And when we think about that history and a number of people, we could be the one; it’s the biggest Decent Chinese convention.
In political way, Japan and China keep having sever situation, however, this convention is over the ‘boundaries’ and the event of exchange as people Decent Chinese, man to man. We try to understand, and seek harmony each other. Japan becomes a hosting country, which is really meaningful opportunity for Japan also.
In 2007, we received opinions which mentioned this year could be an opportunity to change relationship in a good way between China and Japan. We think this is the best timing that Japan holds this convention first time through after 16 years, and it could be really a great opportunity. We hope this event is not finished as only temporary one time event and we wish make good stream of exchange between Decent Chinese and Japanese that is the most important.
We call year 2007 as ‘Chinese Year’ specifically, and we think we produce a lot of cultural events, International conferences, and symposiums which help exchange between Japanese and Decent Chinese through this one year.
We set out more great success “The 9th world Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention” and related events to it. For each one, we try to do our best, so we wish we could have your warm advices and guidance.
