Authorization Logo Usage

Not only for the enterprise and event’s which the 9th world Chinese Entrepreneur Convention/ The Chinese Year organization committee sponsors, and an authorization enterprise, but also enterprises which advertise “World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention” and “The Chinese Year 2007 in JAPAN” has been allowed using the logo and the names; “World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention” and “The Chinese Year.”

Attention

• We don’t send back the documents which applied by mail. Please copy the documents in advance if you need them.
• It could be appreciated your understanding we don't accept any questions about the progress of an inspection.
  Please note the announcement of the result will be required almost 4 weeks.
• Please refer guidelines about usage and edit of the logo.
• About enterprises which contribute to The 9th World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention / The Chinese Year 2007 in JAPAN press release (Non Authorization Enterprises), please submit the report (a sample and a photograph are included) about the work item which used the logo mark after the end of the enterprise concerned.
• If you need to change anything about the contents of an enterprise, or a logo, please notify changes by letter immediately.
• Even though the enterprise was authorized once, it might be cancelled if the contents of an enterprise were found following the above guidelines.

Attention

• Hosts which apply the authorized enterprise, basically, are incorporated companies and the organizations that have a corporation or other corporate status.
• We don’t send back the documents which applied by mail. Please copy the documents in advance if you need　them.
• Please understand that we cannot answer questions about the examination process; And also please understand that it takes about an average of one month for examination results.
• The responsibility of the enterprises which are related to all events is on the enterprises’ hosts. The World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention and The Chinese Year committee doesn’t accept any responsibilities even though the enterprises were authorized by the committee.
• Please bring forward a report describing the progress and result of the enterprises after the events. (Proper style)
• If you need to change any part of an enterprise, please notify the changed part by letter immediately.
• Even though the enterprise was authorized once this authorization can be cancelled anytime if the contents of an enterprise were found to be not following the above guidelines.
• If you need to use the logo, please submit another application form (application of authorized logo usage) within.
• Enterprise authorization does not mean the fund support’s all enterprises.
• The fund paid as enterprise assistance cannot be transferred to an individual　account in principle.
• The fund paid as enterprise assistance is transferred after the enterprises ends in principle.
