Guidelines
The World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention/ Chinese Year Committee commemorates holding “The 9th World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention” and “Chinese Year 2007 in JAPAN” while we have been involved in promotion of the organization committee’s event which is the exchange of Decent Chinese/ Ethnic Chinese and Japanese. Moreover, we place the events whose main purpose is promotion of “the authorized enterprises.” We support the enterprises and public-relations cooperation.
“The authorized Enterprises” hosts are
- allow writing “The 9th World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention” and/or “The Chinese Year 2007 in Japan” with the enterprise name.
- allow the use of the official logo.

- allow for the application for a subsidy provision to the enterprise.
※ You can not use our organization committee’s logo and names which are registered trademark’s; of “The 9th World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention” and “The Chinese Year 2007 in JAPAN” unless you have authorization from our organization committee.
The main point and the purpose of holding “The 9th World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention” and “The Chinese Year 2007 in JAPAN”
The World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention has been held for three purposes; “Establishment of a global economic network,” “Decent Chinese/Ethnic Chinese Economic Activation,” and “Contributes to economic development of host countries.”
Each event which belongs to “The Chinese Year 2007 in JAPAN” is being held throughout the year 2007 while considering the purposes. It is promoting the exchange between Decent Chinese/ Ethnic Chinese and Japanese.
We remove the politic color as much as possible as the event group by the private enterprise. We would like to take part to promote the exchange “people” and “people” but not “country” and “country.”

Guidelines of “Authorized Enterprises”
- The enterprises are held in Japan and also overseas from 10th November 2006 to 31st December 2007.
- The enterprises or events are evaluated as a promotion for the exchange and or an improvement of mutual understanding or a strengthening of friendship on various fields (*1) between Decent Chinese/Ethnic Chinese and Japanese.
（*1）Through various fields such as economy, society, art, arts and sciences, sports, sightseeing
- The contents of the enterprises and events are clear and the plans have real substance. There are concrete plans, and the events have a prospect of realization by the responsible organizations.
- It does not have aim at specific principle and opinion, and the spread of religious, and does not break public order or right public morals.

Attention
- Hosts which apply the authorized enterprise, basically, are incorporated companies and the organizations that have a corporation or other corporate status.
- We don’t send back the documents which applied by mail. Please copy the documents in advance if you need them.
- Please understand that we cannot answer questions about the examination process; And also please understand that it takes about an average of one month for examination results.
- The responsibility of the enterprises which are related to all events is on the enterprises’ hosts. The World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention and Chinese Year committee doesn’t accept any responsibilities even though the enterprises were authorized by the committee.
- Please bring forward a report describing the progress and result of the enterprises after the events. (Proper style)
- If you need to change any part of an enterprise, please notify the changed part by letter immediately.
- Even though the enterprise was authorized once this authorization can be cancelled anytime if the contents of an enterprise were found to be not following the above guidelines.
- If you need to use the logo, please submit another application form (application of authorized logo usage) within.
- Enterprise authorization does not mean the fund support’s all enterprises.
- The fund paid as enterprise assistance cannot be transferred to an individual account in principle.
- The fund paid as enterprise assistance is transferred after the enterprises ends in principle.
